No licenses after upgrading to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10

Question
After I performed an upgrade from Acronis True Image Echo to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 I installed all components and imported my new keys. However when I tried installing the agents it states there are no keys.

Solution
If you are upgrading from Acronis Echo to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 you need to ensure you load both the old Echo keys and the new ABR10 keys in order for the application to accept the upgrade.
