Universal Deploy install interrupted

I just successfully imported the license keys for both the additional Snap Deploy and the Universal Deploy licenses. However when I went to install Universal Deploy I received the following error. "The installation was interrupted before Acronis Universal Deploy could be installed. Need to restart the installer to try again" Then in the box it has the following statement: "To install Acronis Universal Deploy, one of the following components much be previously installed(Acronis OS Deploy Server)."

There could be 2 seperate issues causing this error to show:

1.) If you can't install due to a rollback, you just need to simply restart 2 serverices (Com + Application and Distributed Transaction Coodinator)

2.) Error message states no OS Deploy Server was found. You will need to install that first before the other components. The management console, OS deploy server and license server are all REQUIRED components. (The others are optional)
